Considering therapy?

No one is born with every tool needed to navigate life’s challenges. Therapy can provide a space to build insight, develop new coping skills, and create meaningful change.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

SFBT helps clients find and accomplish small meaningful goals which builds confidence and momentum.

If you often find yourself drowning in the laundry list of things you feel like you need to accomplish, I can help you slow things down, identify the next right step, and move through the process one thing at a time until you feel capable and competent handling life as it arises.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

CBT helps people recognize and break free from unhelpful thinking patterns.

If you often find yourself stuck in overly negative or distorted thoughts, I can help you strengthen cognitive flexibility and develop healthier ways of thinking.

ACT helps people change their relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions rather than feeling controlled by them.

If you often find yourself struggling against anxiety, self-doubt, or painful emotions, I can help you build psychological flexibility, develop self-compassion, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with your values.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

DBT helps people learn how to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and build healthier ways of coping during stressful moments.

If you often feel overwhelmed, react quickly in ways you later regret, or struggle to feel steady in relationships or within yourself, I can help you develop practical skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Attachment theory explores how our early relationships shape the way we connect, trust, and relate to others throughout life. These patterns can influence how we experience closeness, safety, and emotional support in our relationships today.

In therapy, we can work together to understand your attachment patterns, strengthen a sense of security within yourself, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Family Systems Theory

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

Family Systems Theory

Family Systems Theory looks at how we are all influenced by the relationships and patterns within our family and close connections. Instead of viewing challenges in isolation, this approach considers the broader system and how roles, communication, and dynamics impact each person.

In therapy, we can explore these patterns together, increase understanding of your relational experiences, and work toward healthier boundaries, communication, and connection within your relationships.

Narrative Theory

Narrative Theory

Narrative Theory

Narrative therapy is based on the idea that we make sense of our lives through the stories we tell about ourselves and our experiences. Sometimes, these stories become narrow, self-critical, or shaped by past pain in ways that no longer reflect who we are today.

In therapy, we can work together to explore, challenge, and re-author these narratives—helping you reconnect with your strengths, values, and a more empowered sense of identity.
