Warm, calming therapy space

Mental & Emotional Healing

Therapy

No one is born with every tool needed to navigate life's challenges. Therapy can provide a space to build insight, develop new coping skills, and create meaningful change — one small step at a time.

About therapy

Considering therapy?

We aren't born with all the tools we need to navigate life. My hope is that this space offers you new skills, insights, and perspectives to add to your toolbox.

One of my favorite quotes is: "The eyes don't see what the mind doesn't know." Working together can expand your perspective, deepen self-understanding, and help you notice possibilities and strengths that may have previously gone unseen.

Who I work with

  • Individuals navigating anxiety or stress
  • People going through major life transitions
  • Those struggling with self-doubt or low confidence
  • Couples working through communication challenges
  • Anyone feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns
  • People seeking deeper self-understanding

How we work together

Therapeutic Approaches

Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

Goal-oriented

SFBT helps clients find and accomplish small meaningful goals which builds confidence and momentum. If you often find yourself drowning in the laundry list of things you feel like you need to accomplish, I can help you slow things down, identify the next right step, and move through the process one thing at a time.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Thought patterns

CBT helps people recognize and break free from unhelpful thinking patterns. If you often find yourself stuck in overly negative or distorted thoughts, I can help you strengthen cognitive flexibility and develop healthier ways of thinking.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Emotional flexibility

ACT helps people change their relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions rather than feeling controlled by them. I can help you build psychological flexibility, develop self-compassion, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful and aligned.
